Ordering and lead times
- In-stock parts ship in about 1 week. Stock shown on the site is live. Expedited shipping available.
- Large systems: 6–8 weeks.
- Custom systems: lead time quoted per project.
- Ancillary and long-lead items are 100% down at order, so materials get ordered right away and your build stays on schedule.
Shipping and returns
- Online orders ship to the United States and Canada. Anywhere else, ask us for a quote.
- The GP-6 kit ships free.
- Parts ship for a flat $15, and free on orders over $200.
- No returns. Products are covered by warranty.
